ok guys need some help here

i sold a dvd buyerpaid by paypal i sent off the dvd to confirmed paypal address

10 days later i recieve email from paypal saying:
We were recently notified that a payment you received was reversed by the buyer’s bank. A bank reversal can be requested by the bank itself or the bank account holder.

As a result, the following transaction has been reversed:
Transaction Date: 19 Sep. 2007
Transaction Amount: £29.50 GBP

just like that im down £29.50 girl has recieved item as it was sent recorded delivery

what can i do their was no dispute or nothing

Ok, it was a confirmed address... did you qualify for seller protection?

If so, you have excellent grounds for appeal. I take it you have checked that the item was signed for?

The other thing you ought to do is email the buyer - it's possible they cancelled the payment by mistake (saw it on the credit card bill and didn't remember what it was)

£29 is a little low for a scammer to bother to buy from you.

Also ask them to send the payment again via a different method than Paypal
