Frist time buyer looking to renovate house. Eletrics underway next up are the windows. All 10 are completely rotten and need replacing.

Had 3 quotes so far, 1 for 4.4k, 1 for 4.5k and 1 for 6k.

Are these in the right area? All white Upvc, 50/50 split.

2 x windows need to be toughened being on the front and need to be done suited for fire escapes.
7x bogstandard
1x bay window with stained glass in the top 5 openings.
