Redundancy pay

Hi I have been employed part time for over 20 years and I have recently been told I am getting made redundant. Apparently I am only getting 12 years redundancy because I have been informed I didn't have a contract 20 years ago. Does this seem right or am I entitled to 20 years redundancy.

What proof do you have they have been paying you?
Pay slips NI records P60s etc?
You had a contract if they paid you.0 -
Yes I have all my P60 since 1994, when I started my job. I only worked part time 10 hours a week.0
