PCM Parking Fine

Hi,

Can anyone advise as received a parking ticket for literally just pulling in for a minute to pick up my son.

Warden very rude and abrupt as well.

Help would be greatly appreciated as even their reduced fee pathetic. At least the council discount it by half but not this lot!!!

Thanks

Palvi

    Pulling up where ?
A car park where you entered a space but did not pay ?

The warden should have told you to move or they would ticket you and not doing so fails to mitigate the loss.

There is no 'warden'. Please read the 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' thread.

We can't do these piecemeal, no idea why we keep getting threads from posters who show no sign of having read the top threads first. Like this, we cannot keep up.

Thanks Umkomaas really good reading and yes that is the rude female that issued the ticket.

I have appealed online as do not want to ignore in the event that it does escalate.

Will let you know what they say.

We know how PCM treat appeals! You will get a rejection letter so don't expect this to go away.

This is PCM's calibre, one of the lowest knuckle-dragging ex-clamper firms you could hope to have let loose near your cars:

Errrm, it is covered in the sticky thread that there is no next step. Why are you thinking you have to reply again?

It will help us to know, what wasn't answered when you read the thread 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'? That's why it is near the top and attempts to cover the basics of challenges and/or defences, to stop too many 'what do I do?' and 'do I have to pay?' threads we simply can't keep up with, despite concerted efforts here by regulars.

Please clarify what help you need after reading the sticky?
