Online Shopping and Partial Refunds

I want to order five bridesmaid dresses from an online only shop.
The plan would be to order some colour swatches first before ordering any dresses.
However, if I order five dresses and find that they are not as good quality as they look in the pictures, am I entitled to a full refund? Their returns policy states:
"KF Bridal promises that if the dresses you receive are defective, or not the same as advertised, you can send them back for a full refund or exchange.
Even if you simply don’t like the dresses, you can send them back for a 70% refund of the standard sized dresses, 50% refund for the custom sized dresses.
Please note that all returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Pictures often distort colors, so it is strongly advised that you order color swatches to view in person. A dress will not be categorized as defective, or different from advertised if you think its color looks different from online pictures. However, if your dresses look different from real-life color swatches, you can send them back for a full refund or exchange."
There doesn't seem to be a policy regarding shipping costs, so it is my understanding that I would be entitled to a refund of shipping costs too?
Is it right that I would only be entitled to a partial (70%) refund if I didn't think the quality was reasonable? (i.e. the dress appears to be good quality in the picture but not in person)

Is that a USA company? If so it is USA law that will apply.0 -

If it were a UK company, those deductions would not be acceptable.
As it is a US company, I have no idea whether those deductions are legal or not.
Of course it is entirely up to you whether you shop there or not, but I wouldn't if I were you.0 -
