Windows - New Glass, do I need certificates when I sell?

I'm replacing the glass in a few windows as they have misted. Just wondering if I'm going to be asked for certificates and the like when I sell the property? Thanks.

I don't think you need FENSA for replacement glass.0

Building regs (and FENSA) don't apply to changing the glass, so you don't need anything.
Similarly, they don't apply to repairs to window frames. It's only if you have the window frames replaced.0 -

I had rotten wooden frames replaced with new wooden frames, with the original casements re-installed in the new frames, and was assured BRs certification was not required.
I hope that was the case.0 -
Lovely, thanks all.
