Not that I'm aware of now or in previous years.

And it IS spring, and there aren't loads of new offers - which suggests that they don't.

Your thread seems a little overambitious - lots of banks have good points and bad points.

There are existing customer satisfaction surveys you can consult, but basically you choose the one(s) that work best for you.

No one bank will be the best in all those categories.

Nearly all banks are fine as long as you never ask them to do anything out of the ordinary. The minute you do, they're all liable to start making mistakes.

Is there 1 bank that everyone can agree is the best or the worst, well I dont think so as not everyone will have had the same experience from each bank whether good or terrible.

You go for which ever bank works for you. Look what branches are local to you, ones that dont require you having to go into town and pay for parking.

Even if you open up an account and use that account to pay money cheques in and then transfer it to your prefered account.

I use TSB, Halifax, RBS, Lloyds, Tesco and Barclays and these will fit your criteria apart from RBS.

    Best rewards/offers

I dont use the offers but I do have the Accounts from TSB, Halifax and Lloyds where you get so much if you have a standing order set up to transfer x amount in.

Personally Tesco is hard to beat. 3% interest, great online app and website, payees are shared across accounts and statements easy to read. You can use many Tesco stores so I think it meets all your requirements.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Very happy with Natwest. RM answers emails very quickly. CC although paid for offers interest free use abroad and I travel a lot so very helpful. Internet banking is easy.

    So far so good.
