Its an older building - needs updating , i feel its good value for money , i just hope the surveyor feels the same...0 -
Our mortgage is with Halifax and the survey was done by Colleys.
It was emailed to us and also posted.
We purchased our house for £400,000 and in the valuation section it said "properties of similar style in this area usually sell for between £375,000 and £425,000"
It didn't give an actual value for the house which I thought was a bit odd but hey ho0
