    I spoke to the CC company and they said that based off past experience 2 weeks was about right. So not worried (yet)

    It's part of the Consumer Rights Act ... the seller has 14 days after return receipt of the goods to make the refund.

    Unlikely I think.
    It was quite a niche car. 10 year old high mileage hybrid in a segment that is traditionally dominated by Audi/ BMW/ Merc. I offered 5% under the asking price and they pretty much bit my hand off
