I spoke to the CC company and they said that based off past experience 2 weeks was about right. So not worried (yet)0 -
It's part of the Consumer Rights Act ... the seller has 14 days after return receipt of the goods to make the refund.0

It was quite a niche car. 10 year old high mileage hybrid in a segment that is traditionally dominated by Audi/ BMW/ Merc. I offered 5% under the asking price and they pretty much bit my hand off0
