Hello,
I joined Virgin Media with the full package last July and never signed a contract on an 18 month deal.
I am now moving house to an area without Virgin connectivity and they are asking me to pay for the remaining months.
As I never signed a contract, am I bound by their terms and conditions and it is not my fault that I am moving to an area that Virgin supply, so should I be penalised for this?
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

You have a contract, whether you physically signed with ink or not is irrelevant you agreed to and have been using the contract,
If it isn't your fault your moving whose is it?0 -
As long as you haven't been using their services or paying for them since July, then sure, you may have an argument that you don't have an agreement with them.
If not, any rational person would look at the situation and say you did have an agreement with Virgin. After all, who pays for something they haven't agreed to take?0 -
Sadly Virgin are lenient and you can try get final cost reduced but beyond that you are liable for the whole amount.0

Making payment for services is held as your agreement to the prevailing T&C's, you could argue the toss, but only if you hadn't paid.0
