Hello,
Im only 19 and approaching my years no claims, so needing to renew my insurance in about a month... So I did a quote like a month before, and i got a quote of £800 no black box, which was fine. Then a few weeks later i heard something about government changes to insurance so i did a new quote and i got £1000 no black box, bit annoying but nothing major! Literally have just done a quote now and i got the smallest offer of £1200 with a black box and curfew! My current insurance is £1050! What is going on here?
Thanks, Robert

Insurance prices change daily.
It could also be where you're using your details all the time to do quotes. Try doing some dummy quotes with a different name and door number (like a neighbour, but with all other details correct) then when you find one you like the price of, re-run the quote with your name and door number.
Also when you do quotes you select the renewal date - and these quotes are generally good for 30 days. The £800 quote you got might still be viable if you used all your correct details and correct commencement date.0
