Euro parking charge

I really need some help. I have received paperwork today from Northampton county court business centre regarding a parking fine I received. The original fine received was for £60 for parking on a cross hatch. I was parked on the cross hatch outside of the back of a retail store I work at. It is used as a loading bay and I was there for a short period of time to make some administration deliveries. I put a notice in the car staying I was there for brighthouse, a time it would be moved and a note that if it was wished to be removed I was in the store within 3 steps from where parked. To also add the cross hatch is used solely for the store u work for and causes no obstruction. From reading the threads on here I have realised I done the wrong thing in appealing however I did. From the appeal I received no confirmation of receipt and no correspondence regarding the decision. The company had no phone number or email address, you just click on a link to appeal and so there is no trace. The letter I have received today states I can appeal or part appeal. To close this down I am happy to pay the original charge however they now want £260. The letter also states even if I offer to make part payment it will still be processed as a judgement against me and so causing a CCJ. I have a mortgage and credit cards and so am really concerned about receiving a CCJ. Please can someone help! Do I have grounds for the appeal? Will I really get a CCJ? Thank you for any help anyone can give me.

Why have you started a new thread when you already have one on the go for this issue... Which you have updated???

One topic - one thread
How can people advise you when the background to your case is on another thread. It's just gonna cause them to waste their time asking questions that have already been asked and answered.
Suggest you delete this thread (or ask a board guide to do it for you) then read the NEWBIES thread, post #2 more than once. Then update your other thread0
