13 amp electric cooker recommendation

Hi
Can anyone recommend a dual fuel free standing cooker which doesn't need it's own circuit and can be plugged into a normal 13 amp socket.
I really want a fan oven but I don't want to disrupt the plasterwork to put I a new circuit in.
