Hi guys wanted to post an update and give all you guys a big thank you. Went to court today and won. The judge took less than 10 mins to dismiss the case. She said that the claimant had omitted to show any evidence that a resident was not able to load or unload. The claimant had simply been unreasonable and that the claimant should have never issued the ticket or at the very least rescinded on appeal. She also went on to warn them about predatory tactics as forbidden in the code of practice relating to the fact that the parking operative had seen me unloading and the fact he was in an unmarked vehicle and wasn't wearing any uniform or something which would make him easily identifiable. I was also able to claim a days loss of earnings :rotfl:

Big thanks to everyone for your input :)

Did you not get unreasonable behaviour costs? Read this

    http://insurance.dwf.co.uk/news-updates/2014/12/what-amounts-to-unreasonable-behaviour-in-the-small-claims-track/

When a claimant has acted unreasonably, the appellant may be entitled to £19.00 for each hour they have had to spend dealing with the claim. They have failed to mitagate their losses, acted in a predatory manner, probably threaten you and lied to you, and interfered with your peaceful enjoyment of your property and also tried to interfere with your leasehold/AST rights to load and unload on common parts .

They may aslo have committed offences under the Data Protection ct, and broken their Kadoe contract with the DVLA A and you may be able sue them for up to £750.

However, this is not free money, you will have to do a lot of reading and get your head round some complicated legal concepts. It is not for the idle or easily distracted.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
