Anyone else had their points stolen. Corporate greed taken to new heights. They never informed me of a new policy that my points would expire if unused etc but they are refusing to reinstate. What can I do?

If you aren't using them what have you lost and what have they gained?0

A policy was bought out a year or two ago, any inactivity in a 12 month period will result in you losing all your points. Marriott and Hilton both have a very similar policy in place and implemented it years ago.0
