Some years ago FIL painted over their lovely bathroom tiles with a matt tile paint. Finally he has given us permission to remove said paint but can anyone suggest the best way to do this. I assume turps substititue but am worried about the fumes?

I dont think turps will remove dried paint you will need a paint stripper.

Nitromors or similar and a scraper.0

If you use Nitromors (or any liquid paint stripper) make sure you protect the bath or wash basin VERY well.0
