Halifax Help To Buy ISA Interest Payment

I opened my Help To Buy IS A with Halifax one year ago today, and the account terms and conditions clearly state that interest would be paid on the anniversary of the account opening. Unfortunately, no interest has been paid.
Any ideas what's going on here? Unfortunately I am unable to phone the bank just now, currently on holiday.
