Appreciate your input. The document was an attachment to an info e mail sent to me by Orchestra Finance LLP. They have a website.

Thanks. That's who Google came up with. However their website makes no mention of a 'pharmaceutical ISA', or indeed offering any kind of fund management.

They say "We provide independent financial advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses.". That tells me two things a) they aren't offering prepackaged products, they're offering to look at your circumstances and come up with a portfolio and b) if you're a first timer, unless you've come into serious money (5-6 figures), you probably can't afford them.

Something doesn't square here. Either we misunderstand what they're offering, they offer services substantially different from what they talk about on their website, or somebody is impersonating them.

Let's dig a bit further. Hmm.

The news section of their website is entirely populated by articles reprinted from the Guardian. Not a problem as such, just time to fire the web designers.
Their website has no contact information beyond a web form. That's unusual.
The whois on their domain (orchestrafinancellp.com) is using domain privacy, which means their address is hidden. This is starting to smell a bit fishy.
So I go hunting around their website for phrases to google. Here's a nice one:

"Some of the specialist areas with which we assist professional advisers are the financial implications of divorce, Tier 1 Visas and Court of Protection awards."
    http://orchestrafinancellp.com/professional-connections/

    which also appears here:
    http://www.brooksmacdonald.com/financial-advice/professional-connections
who seem to be a genuine IFA.

Matching up similar phrases, essentially the entire Orchestra Finance site is a knockoff of Brooks Macdonald.

    Scam alert! Scam alert!

Orchestra Finance has been around for along time and is FCA registered so doesn't fit the normal scam profile. It is possible they don't have a web site so a scammer has created their own with a contact page that connects to them instead of the genuine company.

Having said that Orchestra Finance is odd. All the members past and present live in different countries, and none of them is the UK!
