OK, so email DRPlus with their 'reference' in the subject line and say something like:
No doubt your client has decided to cancel this baseless charge but in case not, as I have now moved house, I require you and the parking firm to note that my address for service is:
xxxxx
xxxx
xxxxxxx
The driver will not be identified and this is NOT an appeal, so don't bother engaging your 'computer says no' finger and sending me the laughable 'My Findings' template your company thinks will fool consumers into paying money to your firm that is not owed.
I am keeping a copy of this email as proof of updating my address data.
