Howdy everyone. I am brand new to investing. I have taken the plunge with a few shares to start with and I've been learning a lot with free online content.
When I stumbling across this forum though, it really made me see that there is so much more to learn out there. Does anyone know of any beneficial courses to take?
Alternatively, would anyone benefit from being a mentor?
I am also getting into the property market at the same time and therefore I have thought about starting a limited company to make the while operation as Rex efficient as possible. Can anyone advise me if this is a good idea early on?

New to investing.
New to property.
New to limited company benefit.
Why not jump in with both feet with eyes closed.
There are plenty of books/websites/forums from which to learn - but please do one new thing at a time.0 -
Hi Tim,
I'm 3/4 through Futurelearn's Managing your investments course. It's written by the Open University, and is really good. Approx 3 hrs a week for 6 weeks.Save 12 k in 2018 challenge member #79

they say that you can use your certificate for CPD purposes etc: https://www.futurelearn.com/proof-of-learning/statement-of-participation but I don't think it counts as credits towards any other qualificationsSave 12 k in 2018 challenge member #79

I've posted before about training courses for property. I think they're generally a way for the trainer to make money not the delegates.
There is so much info out there online and in books that I think the best way is to use that to do your own researchRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
