Problem with hourly rate

Hi there,
I am looking for advice on how to best confront an issue I am having with my hourly rate at work. I am a trainee veterinary nurse (29 years old) who works 40.5 hours a week. My yearly salary is £14942.46 a year which works out at £7.10 an hour but according to my employer I get paid £7.70. How would be best to address this issue without causing issues with my employer? My employer is paying for my training but due to this I am tied in for 2 years otherwise need to pay back my training fees.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Stupid question, but are you including your lunch hour in this? As it's unpaid!0

now is a good time with the living wage rise.
living wage * hours = ? question to employer.
say you saw that 39hrs was more than you get paid so can they check/explain your pay.
if they can't get the pay right...
