Best to have no worries for the future.
I can never understand why anyone in an area prone to it doesnt check their and nearby ground out at intervals for any sign of a suspicious shoot and then "a stitch in time saves nine". One or two quick/easy bits of digging it up and problem over before it even starts.0 -

Yeah it looks like the property was when the developers took over as the eradication plan took place not long after they built the site.
I've discovered that the freeholder would probably declare this in the LPE1 form anyway. I actually went to the site at the weekend, and the knot weed (or where it existed according to the survey is actually more like 60 meters away from the property). So personally i'm not concerned about buying there.
It's just when people hear about JKN everyone panics and I didn't want that to affect future sale of the property, but then again I like to think i'm more logical :eek:0
