I have just sold some tickets as I was not able to attend Billy Elliot in the theater on the 1st of April.
I have just received "Payment" and Viagogo are now stating that I have sold my tickets twice to cash in on the money. They have not sent me a reason or any documentation to backup why they are not paying me.

PLEASE I NEED HELP!

    Did you advertise the tickets anywhere else say on a competitors website?
