Savings account cash withdrawal card

Looking for a savings account that can be accessed by card rather than online.
Tried a search, but I was not able to find the appropriate search questions. Must be my age!
Probably an answer here somewhere already.

Unless it absolutely has to be a savings account you could use a current account which has a debit card and just not setup any online access. However it would help to monitor the account if you did soRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

I think you can choose whether or not to have a card when opening an account. I have a Tesco [STRIKE]Internet[/STRIKE] Instant Access Savings account card in my hand right now, it's got a picture of apples on it.0 -
I also have a card for Tesco Instant Access Saver. Don't think you can have one for Tesco Internet Saver though; would defeat the object of the account.0

I've also got the Tesco Instant Access saver account card with apples on it. Green ones.
Halifax (Everyday Saver), Lloyds (Easy Saver) and TSB (Easy Saver) accounts come with an ATM card, but you have to ask for one in branch, it doesn't come automatically.
Nationwide's Instant Access Saver also comes with an ATM card, but only if you open the account in branch or via the website (but not via internet banking), but this card only allows you to use Nationwide's ATMs, it's not a LINK card.0 -
