Lost parcel

I returned a parcel to trespass clothing using their prepaid label, using Royal Mail, the parcel did not arrive. I filled out the lost parcel form with Royal Mail. Havevreceived a letter Fromm Royal Mail today saying they are not able to accept my claim for compensation as it was a Prepaid service, . Does anyone know what I can do next? The contents cost me £50 ! I do gave proof of postage , thank you

As it was a label prepaid by Trespass they are the ones who have the contract so are the ones who need to chase it with RM. Trespass should then refund you and they claim from RM.
