1. By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win an incredible 7 night holiday trip for 2 to British Columbia, Canada’
3. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of MAVIC, Destination British Columbia, Windows on the Wild, Air Canada, Outdoor & Cycle Concepts and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
4. Entries are to be submitted through https://www.cyclesurgery.com and cannot be amended in any way.
5. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
6. Only one entry per household and entrants must be over 18 years old.
7. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 24th April 2017.
8. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Cycle Surgery and the winner will be contacted on Wednesday 26th April 2017. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Cycle Surgery reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
9. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
12. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports or visa and are legally entitled to travel with a full UK passport. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner’s responsibility. Destination British Columbia cannot be held responsible for denied entry to the Canada.

15. The prize is subject to availability from 1st April 2017 until 31st March 2018, is subject to availability and blackout dates, and is not redeemable for cash or substitution and is subject the following Air Canada points below:

➢ Tickets are valid for travel on Air Canada Rouge & Air Canada mainline services between London and Vancouver/Calgary.
➢ Travel permitted between 1st April 2017 and 31st March 2018.
➢ Note: Direct services between London Gatwick & Vancouver operates 3 x weekly departing on Tue/Thu/Sat between 8th June 2017 and 7th October 2017 only.
➢ Travel is not permitted during the following peak travel periods: 21 June-05 September 2017 / 17 December 2017 – 8 January 2018
➢ Requested flights are subject to availability.
➢ All travel must be completed before the expiry date and no extension of validity will be made.
➢ Stopovers are not permitted, tickets are not transferable, refundable or upgradeable.
➢ There is no cash alternative and flights are not eligible for Aeroplan points. Air Canada is not responsible for any costs due to delay, cancellation or disruption of service or denied boarding compensation.
➢ Once tickets have been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed. Any changes to flight time and/or date of travel will carry a change fee.
➢ Any income tax liability incurred in connection with these tickets is the responsibility of the passenger
