It's all been so quick as its a private sale but from being potentially homeless to buying our own house has been 6 weeks :j
Just wanted to say hang on in there, we were so lucky as properties in our area are so rare.
We move on the 18th April, I can't wait!
Our last sale completed and exchanged on the same day which was a nightmare. We are renting just now but I can't wait to have our own garden.
The rest can wait after we crack open the prosecco
