Worth switching to save £7 per month?
So my Scottish power fixed deal comes to an end on 30/04/2017 and their cheapest Fixed deal (online April 2017 v4) is eatimated to cost me £85 a month.
EDF have a same length tariff for £78 per month plus £30 cash back but is it worth the hassle of switching supplier?
I have never switched supplier before (been with SO for nearly 10 years) and don't want to move to one of the smaller suppliers.
Thanks

Personally i would put my usage into the MSE comparison site and find today's costs and or fixed tariffs .Then decide your future big supplier or whoever .
Suppose in your 10 years with SO i have moved supplier 8- 10 times big and small .0 -
Why don't you want to use one of the smaller suppliers?0

I have never had any issues with SP and do everything online i.e. meter readings.
EDF were the cheapest of the big 6 via the MSE Cheap Energy Club.
Do the smaller companies operate in the same way i.e. Online, able to submit readings etc0 -

Yes - but in some cases without the bells and whistles. Zog, example, allows you to enter as many meter readings as you like. It sends you a bill by e-mail once per month. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
