Was hoping maybe there might be a loophole somewhere but not pining my hopes to it. Good constructive answers are what I needed not critisism like previous one so once again thanks. Can you tell me how claiming IB works on two years of non payment arrears from before IB started0

As he has no other income they can't impose any other payment to collect the arrears due so they will sit there until (if) his circumstances change. YOu could ask them if they are willing to try and collect, but may find that they can't.0
