Haha ok, thats a lot clearer. Of course they will make sure they arn't held responsible for their failings. Maybe I should have my own T&C's and make them available somewhere on my website with no link on my quotes or invoices... I do use them a lot though so I will remind them that there are other places I can recommend my customers to when I ring.0

Given the poor experiences you have had this time and previously with B&Q I'm wondering why you don't do just that, and also take your own advice and use a different supplier?
While customers of B&Q Tradepoint do enjoy an enhanced service over retail customers, they are not immune from errors.
As already recommended earlier in the thread, having the materials in hand prior to starting work will help alleviate such problems in the first place. Running a business relying on a "just in time" delivery service is a recipe for disaster.0
