Triodos launching current account

Of interest to those keen on ethical banking - especially with the possible demise of the Cooperative Bank.
I got an email from them a couple of days ago:
We will be launching our current account for personal customers at our Annual Meeting on Wednesday 26 April 2017, ahead of it becoming available later this year.

Currently funds with Triodos are protected by the Netherlands up to 100,000 euros not the UK £85,000 FSCS. How things will work after Brexit remain to be seen.

As they are not a clearing bank they currently use Natwest's services .0
