If anyone wants me to fly over and do the due diligence for them, and of course you wouldn't engage in corporate lending of this kind without professional due diligence (ok, semi-professional), I'll do it for £100 an hour plus expenses.0

I've reported as spam.

I'm not so sure it's spam. If it is then posting it here is counter productive as they get negative feedback and it ranks high in Google searches.
If you report it as spam and the thread vanishes then potential punters lose the opportunity to hear about the risk.0 -

That's very true. I think it's much better to remain so that any potential investors can see the discussion and a review of the merits or otherwise of the Amicus Single Investment PlanRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
I agree with jimjames regarding the Amicus Single Investment Plan. ....and yet if you Google for "Amicus Single Investment Plan" this thread is only on the second page of results at the moment, so presumably only those prepared to put in a bit of effort when searching for Amicus Single Investment Plan will find this. That's very true. On the other hand, anyone searching for Amicus Single Investment Plan within the MSE forum search will be directed here because there don't seem to be any other threads about Amicus Single Investment Plan on here....

There is one other thread:

By the way Amicus Invest should not be confused with Amicus Finance (who also trade as simply "Amicus") who I believe are are a legitimate company.
P.S. As pointed out on another forum the Italian regulator took action against them here:

I didn't find that in a search because I was searching for Amicus Single Investment Plan and as far as I can see the words Amicus Single Investment Plan aren't actually in that one, just some other products that also warranted some pretty careful scrutiny....There is one other thread:

True, but does being mentioned on a site with a high Google score like moneysavingexpert.com push it higher in Google searches for "high interest rates" and such like?
If it does, the customers they lose who read this thread and decide not to invest may be outweighed by the customers they gain from the higher Google ranking. They aren't looking for customers who are likely to ask questions anyway.
The older thread that you found also shows that the company has a habit of making sockpuppet posts (they have been deleted but parts remain in quotes).
I am only speculating, personally I believe sstepheneedmonds is genuine until I have reason to believe otherwise.0
