Need Scottish Power Representive assistance
A 78 yo recent widow is almost distraught with a messed up switch. The Gas has moved from EDF fine, but the electric is a right mess. SCottish Power have got her House No. and the Same House No. on a nearby street messed up. The other house number who pay by DD now have had 5 bills sent to them from 2012, no-one is listening. What does it take to get someone off their backside to come out and read both meters?
