Many thanks to all for your many responses, especially the calculation by photome and the 'New York, use TD Bank' from NiftyDigits. I am in New Jersey at present and there seem to be TD Banks there, but soon will be in Texas and cannot locate any there.0

Seeking out credit union ATMs can often identify a fee free or cheaper option.
I've also seen ATMs in McDonalds that only charge $0.99.0 -
I used my Clarity Card to withdraw from a Santander branch in New York last April................no charge.0
