Selling house with mail redirections

Hello, I'm new to the forum so hopefully I haven't messed this up too much.
I'm currently having my mother's mail redirected TO my house (long story, but it's all above board).
I'm also trying to sell my house, but I'm wondering if those redirections will have a negative effect on any searches conducted on my property.
I do plan to stop the redirections once a sale goes through.
This is a strange question I know.
Does anyone have any ideas?

It is a very strange question. It doesn't matter in the slightest where your mother's mail is sent.0

No. Searches will not reveal this. And even if they did, so what?0

I was told by a friend that any searches conducted by estate agents or solicitors etc would show mail redirections coming to my house, which may put things in a negative light.
I always thought it didn't make a difference. Good to know I'm not alone there, if anyone else has experience in this, I'd like to hear from them. The more reassurance I get, the better.0 -
Thanks guys, this is definitely a weight off my mind.0

I have no idea what "searches" your friend was thinking about, but nobody involved in the house-buying process will know or care about Royal Mail redirections, and why would they?0 -
Even if it were possible to find out about them, and it isn't, put yourself in a buyer's shoes. If you found out that a property you wanted to buy currently had mail being redirected to it, would it put you off? I didn't think so...0
