Complain to Asda and ask the manager (not Customer Services) to cancel this. This looks like a double dip case - first entry recorded, first exit and second entry ignored, second exit recorded.

The fact that Equita are involved suggests strongly that PE are not allowed to pursue Asda customers (at your particular store) through the county court.

Ignore anything Equita sends you (no they cannot send the boys around). Come back if PE send you anything.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Pixie, this is an old thread and does not relate to
    your current problem.

Please start your own thread, it's easy, and then you
will learn why NO BAILIFFS will be calling and that
the head honcho of parking eye, Capita are in deep
financial trouble .... all will be revealed

Why have you jumped on this thread from 2017, instead of reading the NEWBIE sticky where it addresses court claims and then, if you have any questions, start your own thread. Go here for advice.

Just scroll back through three posts on this thread and you'll find out how.

    Very surprised you missed that.
