G24 contractual parking charge notice!

Good morning,
I am new to site and after some advice please as had a night of lost sleep over this!!!
I went to Argos in Milton Keynes on Thursday 23rd March at 9:00am for when the store opened, I picked up a reserved paid item and then when back to my car and left. When returning to my car there was a lady taking photos of the car next to me which I thought was odd, I had read the charge notice poster on the sign post and I didn't do anything I wasn't suppose to. Sign says it's for Argos customers only for 90 minutes free parking so well within that, I was parked central in the bay etc. Yet yesterday I have received a £100 fine!!
Not sure what to do, obviously I refuse to pay it as the notice supplied doesn't even advise what I have done wrong ? I am trying to locate the purchase receipt but can't at the present time, however I have logged onto my Argos account and the details of my purchase are on there so maybe Argos could supply information of when I collected the purchase ?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, I feel sick with worry. I am a single mum of two and can't afford this . Thank you in advance

The Argos section of the car park is part of a chargeable park, so you need to check out that you did, in fact, park where it was free. Easy to make a mistake here.
They supplied photos of the car? If not, get them. The background will show where you actually parked as the different areas can, in some cases, be deciphered from the photos.
You need to return to take photos of the sign, the other signs where it is not free and the 2 "entrances" at either end of the free area.
If you are 100% sure you are in the right, then appeal as the RK stating that the PPC employee made a mistake and with copious pictures of the signs, a plan of the area indicating where you were parked and, hopefully, the photos of your car that the PPC took - post them up here with the number plate obscured - and I can hopefully tell you where they were taken.
If you look here https://www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/highways-and-transport-hub/parking/parking-maps-for-central-milton-keynes you will see a CMK map and you need to look at area A4 on the map which shows the free and chargeable sections.
As you may have gathered, I live in MK !0 -
I went back to the car park last night to look into this further and took a photo of the poster on the lamp post which was underneath where i parked. Clearly states Argos customers only, 90 minutes free. I didn't leave the site, only walked from my car to Argos collected my item and returned to the car, when I saw the lady taking a photo of the car next to me. At the time I was going to query with her but thought nothing of it as I met all the company's terms according to the poster, hence the shock of the fine!
They took the photo of my car at 9:12am which makes sense as I saw her at 9:15am so just missed her taking the photo of my car ! Just unsure how to respond and appeal.0 -

So does the lamp post appear in the photograph of your car?0
