Is there a limit to returning Amazon item after refund?

Hi,
I wonder if you can help me with an issue I'm having with an Amazon order. I ordered a blender via Amazon market place as a new item. It took a while to arrive as I believe it came from abroad via a UK address. Unfortunately it had a foreign plug and looked used. Seller avoided the subject of previous use but eventually agreed to send an adapter plug. However, I think he was just stalling so the 30 day return period would lapse. The plug never arrived.
Before the 30 period was up I contacted Amazon explaining the issues I'd had. They reviewed the emails between myself and the seller and filed an A-Z claim on my behalf (which was a surprise). A few days later I received a full refund.
Great I thought. I started looking at purchasing a replacement item. In the mean time I waited for a return label to be emailed. I wondered if it would ever arrive and whether I'd get to keep it and just need to buy an adapter myself. The one promised by the seller is yet to arrive. No surprises there. It has been 2 months since ordering the blender. A week ago I had a message from the seller asking me to give them 2-3 days to get a return label to me. Still nothing.
How long do I have to wait? Is there a time limit?
I've searched Amazon help but can't find anything on this. Any ideas?
I really want a blender to start cooking more from scratch but don't want to order another if I don't have to return this one.

You have to return it and the seller has up to six years in which to arrange a collection/pay for return postage.
So I'd be buying a replacement if I were you and keeping the original in unused condition.
Would it really be so expensive to return the item yourself?
Personally, I'd pay just to be rid of a foreign machine which may (or may not) have already been used in the past and is not designed for use in the UK.0 -

You have been refunded so buy a new one. The original one does not belong to you anymore.0

Phone them or use the chat option and ask what to do with it.0

OP, don't even think about doing this. You shouldn't have to pay out at all, plus there's a chance you'll send it to the wrong adress or it will get lost.
I agree he shouldn't have to pay, but looking at the behaviour so far of the seller I'd personally want rid of the item sooner rather than later. That may be just me.
To those saying contact Amazon, note that the item was sold by a third party seller.0 -

If he uses a prepaid label there will be a proper tear off receipt, which is a little bit more proof than any other proof of posting. The OP has no way of knowing where the company would want the product returned to, many companies have a different address for the receipt of returns.0
