Gladstone Solicitors Letter / Debt Recovery Plus
I got a parking fine notice for a company called Debt Recovery Plus, back in September.
The fine states that I overstayed my parking time but I'm pretty sure I didn't as I had to collect my children from childcare.
I didn't keep the ticket so can't prove what time I had paid too.
I did email DRP to appeal and they responded asking me to provide the ticket.
I then replied to say I don't have the ticket and I wanted them to provide me with evidence that I overstayed my paid time.
They didn't repsone with any evidence, only with more letters demanding money and now one from Gladstone.
Am I right in thinking that they should be able to provide some sort of photographic evidence that I overstayed my time
should I respond to Gladstone and appeal or just ignore.
Thanks for any advice.

I'm fairly new to the forum myself. I would point you in the direction of the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the forum. This will have all the information you need at the moment.
DRP are 'debt collectors' with no power to collect anything. If the Gladstones letter mentions to pay DRP then it's another safely ignored piece of mail (though worth keeping all together) Read the sticky thread and all is explained. 0 -
Post Four of the Newbies Sticky is where you need to be - although you need to read more of it because DRP are not a PPC and this is no sort of fine.0
