Valuation Report - Barclays

Hi,
Our Solicitors are asking for a Valuation Report so they can submit to Orbit Housing for the HTB element of our mortgage (first time buyers, buying a New Build). However Barclays (who we have been accepted by for our mortgage) haven’t supplied to our Mortgage Broker as this was a ‘free’ valuation. Is this something we can request and Barclays should be able to supply?
Any advice welcome

Even if free (or as part of the mortgage application), Barclays will have supplied you with a valuation certificate.
Have they done the survey yet? If so, you should have had a letter confirming the valuation around a week later.0 -

Valuation was completed over a week ago as we have had our mortgage offer for about 6 days now.
Sounds like Barclays should have sent this out?0
