I send most of my items with myHermes filling in the online form (not eBay form and dropping off at parcel shop.
I only ever put the buyer's name and address but wondered if I should be filling in the email and phone number etc of buyer (if it is on their eBay page!)
Does anyone do this?
Also, there is a section to fill in of " a safe place" to leave parcel.
Does anyone think this would be a good idea for buyer to leave this sort of info when they purchase?
The courier's would probably abuse it and not bother knocking on the door!

I import direct from Ebay so My Hermes get all this info. Its far quicker than doing it manually and adding tracking yourself (although you have to sometimes check long address go in correct). If you include an E-mail, then the recipient will get an e-mail with tracking info. Phone number is useful if there is a problem with the address, My Hermes can contact the recipient.
As for safe place. It would be useful and would cut down on items being put in inappropriate places. However in thousands of sales, I can only remember about two or three ever giving a safe place location. You could ask the buyer but then how long do you wait for them to respond before sending? Also how many people will even bother to reply?0
