Derby lettings agent recommendations please

Hi Folks,
My partner and I are taking over part ownership of a property in Derby from her parents who are moving abroad. They are currently using a management company but have not been impressed with their communication or performance.
We don't live in the area so I am relying on Google for my research. Results from AllAgents and TrustPilot indicate that Leaders or Northwood are our best bet.
We need a reliable company to find good tenants, collect rent, and communicate well with us and the tenant to inspect and report any maintenance issues.
Having rented for years myself I appreciate everyone has a horror story about a particular landlord or agency but any input re those mentioned above or for another reputable agency in the area would be much appreciated!

Small local independent tend to be better than large chains.0

I let a couple of properties with One Lettings Derby and couldn't recommend them enough. They're a small indi agent which is what you want. Ask for Amy - she's super nice.0
