Virgin Money Product

Hi, wonder if anyone can help please?

My Dad died a few weeks ago & prior to his passing, he had mentioned a Virgin account to my Mom. She thinks this was a savings, I think it may have been a credit card (as he changed these regularly) - we can find no paperwork for Virgin in his stuff - is there an easy way to find out without phoning all of Virgins different numbers for different products?

Thanks x

I'd start with their general enquiries number 0345 610 2030 - Failing that, check to see if they have a manned branch in your town and pay them a visit. Take a death cert plus ID with you and they *might* be able to answer your question.

Thank you - can't say I've noticed Virgin Finance branch anywhere round here or neighbouring towns - manned or otherwise but will start with the General number. Thank you - I went round in circles on the website!!
  • Was your dad a computer user? The only Virgin Money product I have is an ISA which is administered entirely online. Annual statements, interest rate changes, etc are all communicated by email.

Unfortunately they don't seem to have a one-stop Bereavement Team...

they do have a guide (found via a search engine) http://uk.virginmoney.com/virgin/downloads/bereavement-guide-vmp270-v12.pdf
