Payplan are really good so forward it to them and they will deal with them

My completion certificate took about 12 weeks so if you been waiting four months might be worth a quick phone call to chase them

My IVA was completed in August last year and I have had the completion certificate.

The other day I received a communication from Link Outsourcing, who bought one of the debts in the IVA from the credit card company. It is a notice of sums in arrears and says I have failed to maintain payments on this account.

I'm a bit concerned about receiving this, my IVA was fully completed and, in fact, I paid in more than was owed due to several PPI claims. I haven't had any similar notices since the completion, though I did before. It says I should contact them to discuss the account.

Should I ignore this - it bothers me that they might affect my credit rating, which is now respectable? Or are they just trying it on? Thank you for any advice.
I would totally ignore this default notice, all your debts on file should now show settled, it is just the buyers of these debts that are chancing their arm, I completed my IVA back in 2005 and still get debt buyers (companies who buy debts for pennies and add their fees hoping that you will just pay out of fear)) chasing me in 2017 and I confine them to my filing cabinet I.E. the bin.
