how do i claim money back for a product brought on internet but i have never received

Hi,

I dont know if i have posted this in the right place but any help would be appreciated.

I have paid for a product on the internet with my BarclayCard Credit card and it has never been delivered.

I have tried to contact the suppliers but they wont return my emails and the contact number is for a place in America and it wont work.

Is there any way i can get my money back or do i just have to face facts that i have been ripped off???

Ps: The company in question is VerityPharma, and the product is a generic slimming aid. I'm not proud of the fact but i was very desperate. please everyone DO NOT USE this company

  • Have you tried reporting it to Barclaycard? Credit cards often offer cover for this type of thing, however I am not sure for things bought overseas, but well worth a try.
