    If it's Openreach, it's a one off payment for lines and poles. I don't know about cabinets.

    However, the electricity company (Western Power in my case) send a cheque every year.

    It depends on exactly how many poles and stays one has. Fortunately, the lines cross the land at a fairly narow point, well away from our house, so we just have 3 poles and an annual payment of about £38.

    It was far more profitable when they renewed the cables a few years ago and forgot to pick up the rolls of old ones left in our yard.....but we won't say too much about that!:rotfl:
