CPM ticket while parked at the allocated parking

Sorry folks, I was in a shock after the hearing yesterday. Couldn't update you what happened.

That hearing was around 1.5 hours long and it seemed like kind of biased approach. What I gathered is their contract (UKCPM and Property Management Company) existed prior to my Tenancy Agreement and that's why their contract gets priority over mine. Even though my AST allows me a parking space it does not specifically indicates the bay number.

My other defence that I did not receive a ticket was not considered because they dont need to stick a ticket in the wind screen and as long as they serve a notice to my home address that's OK.

And the Appeal letter I submitted to the court also went against me to say that I admitted the parking scheme as it says "I have now purchased a permit ..." even though it was for a different PCN date.

The two judgment Jopson and Pace was also not considered because they are not similar to my case.

It seemed like (I may be completely wrong) that if had not submitted the appeal letter (which is actually not relevant to the current case, their might be a little chance to win this case.

I have another hearing in May in the same court and with same Judge. Do you think it would be wise to go for the hearing or just pay it up and let it go.
