BWLegal's Sean Barton, CEO is asked a very serious question by the Prankster ?

The Prankster questions the ethics and morals of Sean Barton, CEO of BW Legal, in allowing his company to file claims when they know there is no standing to bring the claim. The Prankster has asked Mr Barton if he wishes to comment on his reprehensible actions.

BW Legal continue to file claims for Albert Street, Birmingham

Will Barton reply ??? or will it be a case of

Is he related to Joey, I wonder? That's another one frequently causing someone grief.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Anyone who receives such a claim should surely contact the SRA. This has to be an attempt to obtain monies by deception.

Govt definition of a 'vexatious litigant':

"Vexatious litigants are individuals who persistently take legal action against others in cases without any merit"

    https://www.gov.uk/guidance/vexatious-litigants#vexatious-litigants

As TD has said many times... What exactly do Excel/VCS/BW Legal have to do to convince the courts they ARE, in fact, vexatious litigants???

It beggars belief... They fit the description perfectly, and this example is just one of many that proves it. :wall:
  • Excel/VCS/BW Legal and Link Parking who Parking Prankster called out just over a week ago: http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2017/03/overstone-court-test-case-adjourned-do.html
As a general note, Link Parking are a huge burden on Cardiff court. In 2016 the court with the most parking cases heard by any one court for any one parking company was Cardiff, hearing 94 Link Parking cases. The next biggest number was ParkingEye, with 49 cases in Manchester.

Btw, the most recent vexatious litigant listed in that list was 2012! Are we sure anyone is monitoring private parking companies!?
