IVA I&E through online banking
Options
This is my 4th year in my IVA with Creditfix iv one year left, i recieved a text message on friday saying my annual review was due and i could do this with an online portal which connects to my online bank account. In the 4 years iv had this iva creditfix have never requested an annual review and i can't find any where online about anyone using this portal which searches through you account.
Im not sure if i like the idea of giving this portal my account usernames and passwords, has anyone else had to do this??

Never heard of it no, but all IVA's have an annual review every year.

If your not keen on sharing your online banking login (i wouldn't be), it may be worth pointing out your bank terms and conditions forbid you from disclosing your login to a third party. Expect this to be followed by a request for all your bank statements.
They'll want to see your bank statements to verify
- certain expenses, such as rent/mortgage, big bills
- your income
- the absence of any windfalls
They are not likely to be counting how much you spend at supermarket etc0 -
Hi there,
I agree with the other posters. I wouldn't suggest giving your bank log on details to anyone else. Make it clear to creditfix that you are happy to comply with the review (which is very likely to be in your terms and conditions) and will provide them the information they request (such as a SOA, bank statements and potentially pay slips).
You will have to comply with the review in general, to ensure the IVA is not considered to fail. Please be aware that if your situation has improved they may increase the payments, but the payments are unlikely to decrease if things have gotten worse. Good luck,
Laura

Creditfix should NOT be asking ANYONE for their personal online banking login credentials. I think thats quite frankly disgusting and they should be reported for it. The banks won't be happy if they find out0
