Childs Bank Account

Can anyone recommend a Bank Account for a 12 year old please. We have just CLOSED the HSBC account due to poor service, but that came with a separate Savings account so maybe something similar.
My child is a 'Regular Saver' however via Terramundi pot so a regular amount wouldn't really be going in the account, so something that has instant access would be a good idea.

Most banks will have youth accounts.
With parental permission they will issue a debit card.0 -
